Detached holiday villa near Salobreña - Costa Tropical 

Casa Miramar is a detached cottage with outstanding sea views, situated in a small housing complex to the west of the picturesque coastal town of Salobreña on the Costa Tropical. 
Parking is above the house and, from there, a few stairs lead down to the property and the entrance of the house is on the north side, through a small hallway into the living room. Instantly, from the front door, there is a fantastic view of the coast through the windows and, at the same time, one enters a beautiful, elegant yet comfortable, stylishly decorated living room. Better still, the living room leads out to a terrace with tremendous views over the blue Mediterranean Sea. This panorama is visible from most areas of the property, both indoors and outdoors. The area below the house is terraced and abundant in tropical plants. The swimming pool and outdoor shower are on the western side of the house.
There is a covered seating area next to the house for relaxing and enjoying the views in the shade. The living room has a comfortable seating area by a wood stove and a large dining table. The kitchen is on the north side of the house near the front door with a hatch connecting to the dining area.
The west wing of Casa Miramar consists of 2 bedrooms, very tastefully decorated, and a tiled bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and a patio door with unobstructed views out to sea coupled with the comforting sound of the waves. The way to the shore is steep but it is possible to walk down, although there is no beach.
The bathroom is fully equipped and provides a modern shower.
Parking space is above the house on the little road. 
The extensive beaches of Salobreña and Almuñecar are within 5 to 10 minutes drive. Both towns have nice old parts with narrow streets and Moorish castles.
